Sexual Harassment: TALX has developed training modules that meet and exceed the requirements of California’s AB 1825, one of the strictest standards in the U.S. The training also complies with Fair Employment and Housing Commission (FEHC) regulations surrounding the state’s sexual harassment training mandate. The training is also fully compliant with existing training mandates for private employers in New Jersey, Connecticut and Maine.
Staffing Management: The Staffing Specialist Training modules reinforce the key skill sets required for effective management of staffing operations at the local level for minimizing unemployment costs.
