Staffing firms face unemployment cost control challenges that are unique to their industry. To assist staffing clients with these challenges, TALX developed a training module that emphasize key best practices for staffing specialists that help reduce costs due to unjustified unemployment claims.

This staffing-specific training module covers the day-to-day practices of a staffing specialist in three categories: On-boarding, Assignment, and Separation.

Each subject is covered by combining traditional explanations with role playing that provides content in the form of guided feedback. Throughout the training, trainees will learn about the importance of documentation and the impact of best practices on unemployment costs.
