The speaker outlines pan's beginnings as an aggregator of testing and assessments content from many publishers. He describes pan's approach to enhancing the early stages of the recruiting process to allow recruiters and HR professionals to concentrate their efforts on the most qualified candidates. The pan technology for making tests available online is explained, as well as pan technology for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process with a system that integrates with employers' existing HRIS or background checking systems. The pan network of testing centers is described, including the pan system for auditing testing centers for compliance to strict requirements. Clients' are able to significantly cut costs by using the testing centers to reduce the number of candidates who travel at employer expense for interviews. In addition, the event explains the employer interface for tracking candidates and the ways in which the system can be configured to conform to existing new hire processes.
The question and answer session includes discussion of how to register on the www.pantesting.com Web site to gain access to information on tests and assessments, including the publishers' detailed documentation on how the test was developed and normed, and clients' ability to include tests they use that are not currently part of the pan library. |
