Dave is the current chair of the American Payroll Association Government Affairs Task Force Immigration subcommittee and was the founder and former chair of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) Government Identification Verification Systems (GIVS) committee. Dave also served on the HR-XML Consortium committees that defined standard interface schemas for exchanging Form I-9 data, E-Verify information, and background screening data. He participates in workshops and seminars with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services regarding the Form I-9 and the E-Verify program.
